This is a split-base cocktail containing equal proportions of Rye Whiskey and an Apple Brandy produced by America’s oldest distiller Laird’s. The base is Zubrówka Vodka, a polish rye-based vodka that is infused with a stem of dried bison grass hand-foraged from a nearby forest in northeast Poland.
